Kayak Camp

Come and explore the many waterways of the eastern shore by kayak. This camp has one overnight camping adventure at Wye Island. Each day we will get out on the water by kayak and splash around, exploring a different location including Pickering creek, the Wye and Tuckahoe Rivers, and more!

Surf Camp (ages 10-15)

Grab your surf trunks and let's get out in the surf! Are you already a pro or would you like to learn? Then this camp is definitely for you. Live the lifestyle... relaxing on the beach, then when the waves come up, grab your board and hit the surf. We will camp at Assateague National Seashore Tuesday and return on Thursday, with exciting "off the wall" activities planned for Monday and Friday, too! *Participants must be able to swim 50 yards front crawl with rotary breathing and tread deep water for 1 minute.

Adventure Sampler

If variety and action are what you like, then the Adventure Sampler Camp is for you. Whitewater rafting on Monday, climbing at Carder Rock on Tuesday, then it's off to surf at Assateague on Wednesday. On Thursday we'll paddle to Wye Island for an overnight campout, returning Friday. Camper Limit: 12

Climbing Camp (7/21-7/25)

Ages 10-15
If you like climbing then this is the camp for you. Learn to belay and tie proper knots, along with mountain safety and basic climbing techniques. Campers will experience both indoor and outdoor climbing. Wednesday night we'll camp out in Shenandoah, returning Thursday evening.

Myth Busters Camp (8/18-8/22)

Ages 10-15
Come explore the many myths of the eastern shore... do pantyhose really keep jellyfish from stinging? Can you unlock your car with your cell phone? What are the best homemade concoctions to keep the bugs away? Join us for a week of busting the myths of the eastern shore.
