Teen Fitness Clearance Pass
For kids between the ages of 12 & 16 years of age who wish to exercise on their own at the St. Michaels Family YMCA. Having a pass to the Easton location does not automatically ensure proper use of the equipment at the St. Michaels location. There is no cost for the one-time class, although a registration form must be completed and returned prior to being contacted for the next available class.
Personal Training
Let one of our nationally certified personal trainers instruct you through developing and practicing a safe and well-balanced exercise program. Members only. 1 session $40/hr.,4 sessions $140/4 hrs., 8 sessions $250/8 hrs., 12 sessions $360/12 hrs., 6 half-hour sessions $105/6-1/2 hrs. Registration packet can be picked up at the Welcome Center. You must register to be contacted by a personal trainer.
Mid-Day Circuit
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 12-12:45pm
This group exercise class takes participants through the wellness center circuit and mixes in
variety with stability balls, free weights and exercises using the resistance tubing. So
if you need some motivation to stick to your resistance training routine, reserve
your space in the Mid-Day Circuit Class. Space is limited to six participants.

Introductory Classes
Using the Allegro Sport Reformer you will strengthen the muscles of the core (abdominals,
hips, and spinal erectors) while increasing flexibility and improving agility.
Pilates is known for its therapeutic benefits, sometimes alleviating chronic back pain
and other ailments.
Intro to reformer Pilates classes are a general overview of the reformer and how it
functions. During this class you will get the chance to use the apparatus by executing
a few of the basic movements. This class is not designed to provide a workout,
only an introduction.
Class is approximately 30 minutes in length.

Beginner Level Classes
A total body exercise class where the participants are guided through the complete
beginner level routine by a trained instructor. Classes are generally 45 minutes. All
classes will be listed on the group exercise schedule. Check schedule monthly for
changes and availability. For both of these classes, you must call the St. Michaels
YMCA at 410-745-5963 in order to reserve a space (space is limited to 3 participants).
Additional fees apply to the beginner level class.

Reformer Pilates
Private and semi-private sessions are scheduled through a reformer Pilates instructor.
Pick up a registration packet from the Welcome Center and return the completed
packet, with payment, for the reformer Pilates private sessions. You will then
be contacted by the instructor.
