Beginner Level Tai Chi
Instructed by José Cuevas
Tai Chi Chuan is a style of kung fu, a martial art that consists of fluid, graceful movements. Tai Chi
has been called "moving meditation" because it emphasizes softness over hardness, a concern
with things internal rather than external, and yielding over confrontation. Come train with José
and learn the basics to this martial art. This class will run once a week for 15 weeks. Registration
will be open through the third class of the session. For more information, please contact the
Wellness Director.
