Easton is home for Julio Gonzalez Lopez, who arrived here nearly 10 years ago from Sayaxche, Peten, Guatemala because he wanted to work.

Today, at age 32, he’s a foreman for a landscaping company, but he says he wants to do more here. He wants to be able to talk with his customers and workers in better English so he can do the best job possible. He also wants to be able to read the newspaper every day so he knows what’s happening in his community.
