We offer more than 25 Water Fitness classes weekly. All are FREE to members. Pick up a current Water Fitness Schedule from the Welcome Center or download schedules below for class times and availability.

Adult Tranquility Hour
This special hour is reserved for adults who want to enjoy a quiet and peaceful time in the
warm water pool.
Monday-Friday 1-2pm until 6/6.
Monday-Friday 12-1pm 6/9-8/29.
Masters Swim Program
This program is available for adult members to participate in competitive

Water Babies
(6 to 36 months)
Water Babies is a water orientation course where moms or dads are in the water with
baby for a positive parent-child experience while beginning adjustments to the water
and learning water safety through games and songs for success in later levels. Swim
diapers such as "Little Swimmers" by Huggies® must be worn.

Perch Plus
(ages 2 1/2 - 3)
To participate in this course children are required to be able to work with an instructor
with a float belt. They will work on getting acclimated to the water, entering and
exiting the pool and getting their face wet.

Pike
(ages 3-5) Basic Beginner
To participate in this course children are required to be able to get in and out of the
water at the side independently with an IFD, get face and head wet and blow bubbles.

Eel
(ages 3-5) Intermediate Skills
To participate in this course children are required to be able to let go of the wall,
swim/paddle, turn, grab the wall with assistance, front and back float 20 seconds,
take a breath, stand with float belt, paddle on the front 10 yards with a float belt, 5 ft
without, paddle on the back 10 yards with a float belt, 5 ft without, and paddle on the
side 10 yards with a float belt, 5 ft without.

Ray / Starfish
(ages 3-5) Advanced to Creative Skills
To participate in this course children are required to be able to let go of the wall,
swim/paddle, turn, grab the wall without assistance; front and back float 20 seconds,
take a breath, stand; paddle on the front 25 yards with a float belt, 15 ft without;
paddle on the back 25 yards with a float belt, 15 ft without; and paddle on the side 25
yards with a float belt, 15 ft without.

Polliwog
(ages 6 and up) Beginners
To participate in this course children are required to be able to get in and out of the
water at the side independently with an IFD, get face and head wet, float on front
and back with assistance for 20 seconds, and blow bubbles.

(ages 6 and up) Advanced Beginners
To participate in this course children are required to be able to get in and out of the
water at the side independently with an IFD, get face and head wet, float on front
and back with assistance for 20 seconds, and blow bubbles.

Minnow / Fish
(ages 6 and up) Intermediate Level
To participate in this course children are required to be able to front and back float
for one minute without an IFD, tread water 20-30 seconds with or without an IFD,
jump into deep water, paddle 15 ft, back float 10 seconds, and paddle back, without
an IFD, hold the HELP position for 2 minutes, bob 10 times without an IFD, getting
a breath each time, front alternating paddle with rudimentary rhythmic breathing
25 yards, with or without an IFD, front symmetrical paddle 25 yards side alternating
paddle 25 yards, back alternating paddle 25 yards, and back symmetrical paddle 25
yards.

Flying Fish / Shark
(ages 6 and up) Leader Level
To participate in this course children are required to be able to front and back float
for one minute without an IFD, tread water 20-30 seconds with or without an IFD,
jump into deep water, paddle 15 ft, back float 10 seconds, and paddle back, without
